• Zillow (www.zillow.com). Zillow can find the value for millions of houses throughout the United States. It’s not a comprehensive resource, but it is a fascinating starting place.
• Mortgage-calc (www.mortgage-calc.com). This site offers you tools to figure out your potential mortgage payments, and lets you experiment with different options.
• Fannie Mae (www.fanniemae.com). A government agency that provides assistance to lower income families to buy homes.
