  • Successfully pursued numerous claims on behalf of celebrities, public figures and high-net-worth individuals for defamation.
  • Successfully pursued, and defended, numerous claims and actions for copyright infringement on behalf of corporate and individual owners of photographic works, literary works, audiovisual works and other intellectual property.
  • Successfully pursued claims and legal actions for trademark infringement on behalf of companies and individuals to protect and enforce brand identification.
  • Successfully represented numerous clients in recovery of cybersquatting confusingly similar and unauthorized domain names; and administration of client protective domain holdings.
  • Represented individuals and commercial clients in all manner of contractual disputes.
  • Successfully pursued and obtained TRO and then injunction in federal court prohibiting and recalling distribution of a motion picture exploiting Oscar winning actor’s name, image and likeness in violation of client’s contractual rights.
  • Successfully pursued and obtained a $1 Million Judgment and Permanent Injunction in federal court (2026), on behalf of Anthony Robbins and his companies against an AI Chatbot service site and app, arising from unauthorized exploitation of imposter and infringing Chatbots violating the clients’ trademarks and rights of publicity.
  • Represented celebrities in national and international endorsement campaign agreement negotiations (in collaboration with their agents), and crafting of the services and rights agreements.
  • Represented celebrities and high-net-worth individuals and their companies in employment disputes.
  • Represent as outside general counsel advising and protecting high-net-worth individuals and their companies in negotiation and preparation of protective employment agreements and NDAs.
